Any statistics to distinguish whether this earthquake was just a normal aftershock, in line with Omori's law, or an independent one triggered by the ongoing injection, as the last one probably was? I'd guess the latter, which would mean it is not an aftershock.
It would be interesting to follow up with a report on keeping or breaking their promise to shut down for 24 months - are the safeguards real or just for show?

That's a good question, but would require more detailed study (including data about injection timings and volumes) than we can accomplish here.

Yes, I also am curious about this. The guidelines seemed pretty clear - maybe not so easy to wiggle out of!
