Aftershock occurred near a junction with the Dead Sea Fault, but does not represent new hazard

A M4.9 earthquake occurred on May 7 at 11:36 local time (8:36 UTC) near Antakya, Turkey. This region is where the Feb. 6 M7.8 Kahramanmaraş earthquake terminated in the southwest, and also near the Feb. 20 M6.4 aftershock.
