Anthropogenic "earthquakes" along the Dead Sea Fault in Lebanon

A few weeks ago I looked at the Dead Sea Fault and noticed odd clusters of small earthquakes in Lebanon, persisting for years. Was this a feature of the fault system, I wondered?
